Job summary

UKG is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to join the Pro Center of Excellence. You will partner with sales to understand customer goals, design end-to-end solutions, and deliver engaging demonstrations that clearly communicate value and differentiation.

You’ll translate complex needs into simple narratives, collaborate with Product and Services, support proposals, and guide customers through the sales-to-services transition. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

Experience supporting complex sales cycles in a presales role.
Experience with HR, payroll, or related enterprise software.
Experience presenting solutions to senior leaders.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
Willingness to travel (travel may exceed 50%).

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to lead discovery conversations.
Design end-to-end solution approaches aligning UKG products to customer needs.
Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations that articulate value and differentiation.
Collaborate with Product and Services to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Contribute to deal strategy by identifying risks, assumptions, and next steps.
Support proposal responses and sales-to-services transitions.
