Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with UKG Pro WFM, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience (HR, Payroll, Time etc.).
• Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to understand and then demonstrate how UKG can solve their business challenges.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• A willingness to travel up to 40% and explore new horizons.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand pain points and craft tailored solutions that meet expectations.
• Become a product expert across UKG HR, Pay, and Workforce Management solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations to showcase UKG technology to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to win opportunities.
