Job summary

UKG seeks a seasoned Solutions Consultant to advance our HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management platform. You will dive into customer needs, translate them into practical designs, and deliver captivating presentations that demonstrate UKG capabilities.

You'll engage with stakeholders at all levels, facilitate discovery sessions and workshops, and collaborate with a dedicated team to drive outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years' experience are preferred, with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with UKG Pro WFM, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience (HR, Payroll, Time etc.)
• Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to understand and then demonstrate how UKG can solve their business challenges.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• A willingness to travel up to 40% and explore new horizons.
