Bryan Construction is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Colorado Springs to oversee budgeting, estimating, and constructability reviews from pursuit through contract award. You will lead Estimators and Senior Estimators, coordinate bid packages, and partner with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate, buildable plans.
The role requires strong leadership, deep estimating experience, and proficiency with takeoff software and Building Connected.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field with strong estimating exposure.
- Proven leadership of estimators and preconstruction teams.
- Experience with design-build and RFP processes.
Mansioni
- Lead preconstruction lifecycle from pursuit to award, directing RFP strategy.
- Oversee bid packages, subcontractor prequalification, and takeoffs.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate bid docs and schedules.
- Identify risks, develop preconstruction deliverables, and inform executives.
