Bryan Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead complex pursuits from client engagement through award.

You will oversee budgeting, estimating, risk analysis, and pursuit strategy while mentoring staff and shaping companywide preconstruction practices. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients and design partners to ensure precise scope, financials, and a coordinated plan.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in construction management or related field.
• Experience leading preconstruction and proposals for commercial projects.
• Experience using estimating forms and software; knowledge of MEP estimates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead estimators and senior estimators; enforce SOPs; coach staff.
• Direct full preconstruction lifecycle from pursuit to award; manage RFP strategy and interviews.
• Oversee drawings, specs, and RFPs; ensure current estimates and file structure.
• Assess risks, costs, and permit requirements; advise executive management on risks.
• Oversee RFI workflow; validate pre-bid RFIs and coordinate with design team.
• Review bid invitations, bid packages, and scope for accuracy; ensure timely submission.
• Review and approve overall estimate forms; set overhead and profit assumptions.
• Coordinate subcontractor input; address scope gaps and bid day activities.
• Participate in meetings and interviews; assist with RFP responses as needed.
• Oversee pre-bid schedule and market strategy; monitor win/lose factors.
