Job summary

Bryan Construction in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, contracting, QA/QC, and client relations to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery aligned with company goals.

The role requires leadership of PM teams, coordination of BIM, and management of subcontracts, RFIs, and submittals, with strong emphasis on safety documentation and project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing Commercial construction projects.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Experience partnering with subcontractors and reading submittals/contract documents.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop project teams including PAs and engineers.
• Lead timely project buyout and manage budgeting, costs, and CTC.
• Review proposals/pricing from subcontractors and perform takeoffs as needed.
• Oversee drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings (OAC, internal, kick-off) and coordinate BIM.
• Ensure safety documentation, quality control, and closeout processes.
