Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience as a Senior Estimator or Project Manager and with estimating forms/software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estimator and Senior Estimator teams; develop SOPs for Preconstruction.
• Direct preconstruction lifecycle from pursuit to award; coordinate with proposal team.
• Manage drawings, specs, and RFPs; ensure bid documents are accurate and current.
• Assess risks, identify costs and schedule impacts; communicate recommendations.
• Lead pre-bid RFIs and bid day activities; ensure complete subcontractor coverage.
• Develop pre-bid schedule and coordinate with scheduler to set timelines.
