Bryan Construction seeks a Preconstruction Manager in Huntsville to lead planning, budgeting, estimating, and constructability reviews from pursuit to award. You will drive RFP strategy, bid packaging, and risk assessment while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience working as a Senior Estimator or Project Manager.
• Experience using estimating forms and software.
• Experience using estimating takeoff software.
• Experience analyzing proposals.
• Experience reviewing MEP estimates.
• Estimating exposure to all construction scopes for all phases of construction.
• Experience in producing budgets at all design phases, including conceptual, schematic, development, and construction.
• Leadership, coaching and/or mentoring experience.
• Experience working with construction schedules.
• Experience using bid invitation software.
• Experience leading and facilitating meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead estimate development and bid strategy from pursuit through award.
• Direct preconstruction and interview preparation meetings.
• Coordinate drawings, specs, and RFPs; ensure bid docs are accurate.
• Assess risks, long lead times, and cost exposures for projects.
• Oversee pre-bid RFI workflow and bid package reviews.
• Lead bid day activities and post-bid negotiations.
• Prepare and present proposal packages meeting customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain preconstruction schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontractor qualification and scope coverage.
• Coordinate with design teams on design-build bid documentation.
