Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience using estimating takeoff software and budgeting tools.
• Proven ability to manage preconstruction from pursuit to award.
• Strong knowledge of RFP strategy, bid packaging, and subcontractor coordination.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid day activities and coordinate subcontractor bids.
• Oversee preconstruction lifecycle from pursuit through award and buyout.
• Direct RFP strategy, messaging, and interview preparation with the proposal team.
• Manage drawings, specs, and RFPs; keep estimating software current.
• Assess risks, lead RFI workflow, and review prequalification of subs.
