Job summary

JLL in the United States is seeking an accomplished Scheduler to support scheduling operations for mission-critical projects and facilities. You will develop detailed project schedules, conduct schedule analysis, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong proficiency in Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, and reporting. You will create baseline and look-ahead schedules, monitor performance, and present updates to stakeholders, collaborating with cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of direct experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for capital construction projects valued at $500M-$5B.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for assigned capital projects.
• Establish WBS and activity coding that aligns with project requirements.
• Define durations, logic, constraints, and dependencies with input from teams.
• Create baseline schedules and maintain version control throughout the lifecycle.
• Update schedules based on progress, changes in scope, and resources.
• Prepare schedule status reports and visual presentations (Gantt charts, milestone charts).
• Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple contractors and design disciplines.
• Conduct critical path and float analyses and track milestones.
