Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and law degree required; equivalent experience in law firm management may be considered.
• Prior experience supporting insurance defense practice areas strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a law firm, legal operations, or business operations environment required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted adviser to the COO, practice leaders, and firm leadership on management, staffing, and resource matters.
• Partner with leaders to develop and monitor practice goals, initiatives, and operational priorities.
• Review matters and advise on staffing, team composition, and attorney assignments through the matter lifecycle.
• Monitor attorney workload, utilization, capacity, and productivity; recommend resource adjustments.
