You will deliver data-driven solutions, bolster operational efficiency, and guide cross-functional teams to support client and carrier expectations while driving firm-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and law degree required; equivalent experience in law firm management or legal operations may be considered.
• Experience in law firm management, professional services, or practice management is highly valued.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities with broad cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex initiatives in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic liaison to the COO, practice leaders, and firm leadership on practice management matters.
• Optimize attorney staffing and utilization across matters and offices.
• Provide data-driven insights to support budgeting, staffing, and workload planning.
• Lead implementation of practice management initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition,Finance, and IT to align resources with client and carrier expectations.
• Mentor and develop the practice management team and coordinate with Professional Development.
