Qualifications

• Bachelor's and law degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting insurance defense or law firm operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise COO and practice leaders on strategic practice management and resource needs.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust goals and initiatives across practice groups.
• Review matters for staffing and attorney utilization throughout engagements.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and productivity; propose resource adjustments.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and staffing.
• Lead and develop the practice management team.
• Enhance reporting and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, billing requirements, and standards.
