Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO, practice leaders, and firm leadership on practice management and staffing matters.
• Partner with leaders to develop, execute, and monitor practice goals and operational priorities.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and staffing, advising on resource needs across practice areas.
• Lead implementation of practice management initiatives and process improvements.
• Develop reporting to enable data-driven decisions on practice and financial management.
