Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Strategic Accounts Project Engineer to support the Mountain Region of the U.S. and contiguous areas, including Salt Lake City, UT.

The role offers a competitive annual salary and a broad national remit spanning customer support, project coordination, and field service collaboration. Based across the continental United States, you will work with project managers and field engineers to ensure on-time delivery, documentation, and issue resolution while leveraging

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution or in lieu of degree at least two (2) years of Field Service experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer facing project coordination experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must reside within the Mountain Region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects.
• Initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timeline resolution.
• Leverage centralized resources to manage projects.
• Initiate work orders for projects in collaboration with the dispatch team to get orders assigned to technicians.
• Manage work orders to completion and collaborate with finance for invoicing.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and field service engineers to carry out daily tasks.
• Provide daily updates to project managers on status of projects.
• Manage meetings with on site general contractors to ensure timeline milestones.
