Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division, based in the Mountain Region, seeks a Strategic Accounts Project Engineer to support Denver, CO and surrounding areas. The role collaborates with field service engineers and project managers to ensure successful UPS/data center implementations and proactive issue resolution.

The position involves managing documentation, coordinating centralized resources, and driving project timelines while delivering ongoing updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years field service experience.
• 2+ years customer facing project coordination experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects.
• Initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timeline resolution.
• Leverage centralized resources to manage projects.
• Initiate work orders for projects in collaboration with the dispatch team to get orders assigned to technicians.
• Manage work orders to completion and collaborate with finance for invoicing.
