Eaton Corporation’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Strategic Accounts Project Engineer to support customers and field service engineers across the continental United States. The role emphasizes proactive project support, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with project managers within the strategic accounts function.

Formación

• Associate degree from an accredited institution or two (2) years of Field Service experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer facing project coordination experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Must reside within the East Coast of the United States

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects
• Initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timeline resolution
• Leverage centralized resources to manage projects
• Initiate work orders for projects in collaboration with the dispatch team to get orders assigned to technicians
• Manage work orders to completion and collaborate with finance for invoicing
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and field service engineers to efficiently carry out daily tasks (documentation, energization permits, LOTO, customers, project portals)
• Serve as the customer’s advocate by relaying the appropriate level of urgency to project managers and escalating issues as required
• Pursue continuous learning of CPS UPS and Data Center Product Distribution products
• Provide daily updates to project managers on project status
• Manage meetings with on site general contractors to ensure timeline milestones
