Eaton Corporation is seeking a Strategic Accounts Project Engineer to support the Mountain Region (Denver, CO area and surrounding states). This role focuses on proactive project support, issue resolution, and collaboration with field service engineers and project managers within the Strategic Accounts function.

The position emphasizes building relationships across Eaton facilities to deliver successful projects and provide daily updates to project managers on status.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of Field Service experience.
• 2+ years of customer-facing project coordination experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside within the Mountain Region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects.
• Initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timeline resolution.
• Leverage centralized resources to manage projects.
• Initiate work orders for projects with dispatch to assign technicians.
• Manage work orders to completion and collaborate with finance for invoicing.
• Serve as technical liaison between customers and field service engineers for daily tasks.
