Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or 2+ years field service experience.
• 2+ years of customer-facing project coordination experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside on the East Coast of the United States.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects.
• Initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timeline resolution.
• Leverage centralized resources to manage projects.
• Initiate work orders for projects with dispatch collaboration.
• Manage work orders to completion and collaborate with finance for invoicing.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and field service engineers.
• Advocate for customers by conveying urgency to project managers and escalating issues as required.
• Pursue continuous learning of CPS UPS and Data Center Product Distribution products.
• Provide daily status updates to project managers.
• Manage meetings with on-site general contractors to meet milestones.
