Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution or two years field service experience.
• Minimum two years of customer-facing project coordination.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside within East Coast of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects.
• Initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timeline resolution.
• Leverage centralized resources to manage projects.
• Create work orders with dispatch to assign technicians.
• Manage projects to completion and coordinate with finance for invoicing.
• Act as technical liaison between customers and field service engineers.
• Provide daily updates to project managers on project status.
• Lead meetings with on-site general contractors to meet milestones.
