Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Solutions Manager for Portfolio Advisory to lead development of tailored solutions across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage. You will collaborate with Sales, SME’s and marketing to craft compelling value propositions for prospective clients.

The role requires deep leadership, strategic thinking, and strong presentation and negotiation skills to improve win rates and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of JLL or industry related experience required.
• Strong leadership and organization skills.
• Strong writing, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to present to diverse client groups and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of winning solutions for prospective clients across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.
• Coordinate staffing model, savings, and improvement plans with SME’s and Sales teams.
• Develop clear value propositions and present to clients.
• Own pricing and bid profitability analysis within proposed solutions.
• Coordinate resources across geographies to support bid delivery and client handoffs.
• Mentor and lead team through RFP processes and post-sale transitions.
