Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in commercial construction and corporate real estate, with proven ability to navigate C-suite discussions, manage complex stakeholders, and deliver measurable program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years experience in Commercial Construction and Project Management.
• 5+ years experience in Corporate Real Estate.
• Expert knowledge of commercial and pricing frameworks relevant in construction and project management industry.
• Expert communicator across mediums, with ability to interact effectively at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Support the PDS Sales and Solutions Development Teams.
• Develop and pitch sales proposals for project management methodologies.
• Create and implement end-to-end pursuit and proposal management strategies.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project management success.
• Advise on change management strategies for client improvements.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent delivery.
