Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Solutions Manager for Enterprise Portfolio Solutions. This hybrid role leads development of winning portfolio solutions across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage, coordinating staffing, cost modeling, and pricing to drive profitable client engagements.

The role requires a strong leadership track record, 10+ years of related experience, and excellent collaboration across Sales, SMEs and Marketing to present compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of JLL or industry related experience.
• Proven track record in leadership or complex roles.
• Strong background in Operations (on account), TM Brokerage, or Portfolio related services.
• Strong leadership and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present holistic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of winning solutions for Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.
• Coordinate staffing models, savings plans, and pricing throughout the bid process.
• Collaborate with Sales, SME’s and Marketing to craft tailored value propositions for clients.
• Own deliverables key to bid success and assist Sales Leads in converting bids to profitable accounts.
• Coordinate resources across geographies to ensure quality of proposed service offering.
• Develop and communicate governance, risk assessment and project management plans.
