Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Governance & Strategy Leader in New Brunswick, NJ. You will lead the Strategic Portfolio Management capability across MedTech Supply Chain Digital, aligning strategy, investment decisions, resource planning, and value realization.

You will drive governance, demand intake, prioritization, analytics, and performance measurement to improve executive transparency and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Eight+ years of global project, program, or portfolio leadership experience.
• Experience establishing portfolio governance forums, intake processes, stage gates, and executive decision frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Portfolio Governance across MedTech Supply Chain Digital, aligning strategy, investment and execution.
• Govern enterprise demand intake, assessment, and prioritization with transparent decision forums.
• Define value drivers, ROI methods, and success metrics; supervise forecasted and realized benefits.
• Provide executive transparency into portfolio health, performance, and risks with dashboards and scorecards.
• Lead resource planning and capacity management; optimize allocation and planning across portfolios.
• Integrate PM tools (JIRA, Planisware, Quickbase) with portfolio solutions for end-to-end visibility.
• Oversee Change Control Board and enterprise investment governance with clear reporting.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams across Digital, Finance, PMO, Product, Technology, and Business.
