The role requires eight+ years of portfolio leadership, strong communication skills, and a track record in governance, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; preferred in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations.
• Eight+ years of relevant professional work experience and complex global Portfolio leadership.
• Experience establishing portfolio governance forums, intake processes, stage gates, and executive decision frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Portfolio Management across MedTech Supply Chain Digital. Align priorities, investment planning, and portfolio execution.
• Govern demand intake, prioritization, and governance boards with transparent investment decisions.
• Lead value management, benefits realization, and measurement of financial and non‑financial value.
• Provide portfolio analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting to improve decision making and visibility.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Define portfolio management tech strategy; integrate tools like JIRA, Planisware, Quickbase with portfolio solutions.
• Manage Change Control & Investment Governance, including senior leadership decisions and reporting.
• Develop leadership and organizational development across Digital, Finance, PMO, Product, Technology, and Business teams.
