You will align investment planning, governance, and value realization with enterprise priorities, interfacing with Digital Leadership, Finance, PMO, Product, Technology, and business partners.

You will lead governance forums, optimize demand intake, and deliver transparent reporting while building high-performing teams and advancing portfolio

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Strong strategic leadership and business acumen with the ability to align investments to priorities.
• Deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Governance: establish governance structures and align priorities with executive leadership.
• Demand Management and Portfolio Prioritization: oversee intake, assessment, and prioritization.
• Value Management & Benefits Realization: define value drivers and metrics with Finance.
• Portfolio Analytics & Performance Management: provide executive dashboards and reports.
• Resource & Capacity Management: optimize allocation and planning across the portfolio.
• Portfolio Process & Technology Integration: integrate PM tools with portfolio solutions.
• Change Control & Investment Governance: manage governance forums and reporting.
• Leadership & Organizational Development: coach and develop high-performing teams.
