Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and standardization of due diligence across strategic acquisitions and divestitures.
• Develop and guide integration/divestiture programs with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with executives to shape strategy and drive financial success.
• Design performance metrics and reporting for deal outcomes.
• Scout talent and build high-performing teams within MedTech BD.
