Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Complex global Project, Program, or Portfolio Management leadership experience.
• Strong strategic leadership and business acumen, with the ability to align investments to organizational priorities.
• Deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management, portfolio governance, demand management, prioritization, and investment planning.
• Experience establishing portfolio governance forums, intake processes, stage gates, and executive decision frameworks.
• Experience governing portfolio and project technologies, system integration, and process automation.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Governance across MedTech Supply Chain Digital, aligning strategic priorities, investment planning, resource allocation, and portfolio execution.
• Demand management and portfolio prioritization to evaluate alignment, value, complexity, and financial impact.
• Value management and benefits realization, defining value drivers and ROI methods; supervising forecasted and realized benefits.
• Portfolio analytics and performance management with dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Resource and capacity management to optimize allocation and planning across the portfolio.
• Portfolio process and technology integration to connect PM tools (JIRA, Planisware, Quickbase) with portfolio solutions.
