Job summary

Aegon seeks a Pooled Plan Sales Specialist to support mid- to large-market retirement plan growth. You will research prospects, help build strategies, oversee pricing, fund mapping, and the RFP/RFI process, and contribute to finals presentations.

You will provide product questions, prepare proposals and price quotes, manage client transitions, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation. This remote role offers light travel (about 10%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years retirement plan experience in mid to large market.
• Strong investment knowledge for evaluating funds and performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses, or obtained within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Research prospects and help build strategy for pooled plan sales and growth.
• Oversee pricing, fund research, and special pricing for large prospects.
• Manage pooled plan RFP/RFI processes and provide value-added responses.
• Develop finals presentations and provide pricing assumptions for finals team.
• Support sales executives with proposals, price quotes, and education calls.
