Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Sales Support / Operations professional to drive pooled plan sales and manage post-sale activities. You will conduct prospect research, oversee pricing, fund research, and RFP/RFI processes while supporting sales executives and the finals team in a remote environment.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years retirement plan experience in mid-to-large markets, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and FINRA licenses or plan to obtain them within 6 months. Travel is light.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years retirement plan experience in the mid to large market.
• Experience with large/complex custom designed plans.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses, or obtained within 6 months of hire date.
• Fluent PC skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, Outlook, FreeERISA.com, etc.

Responsibilities

• Research prospects and collaborate with Pooled Plan team to strategize sales and growth.
• Manage the pooled plan RFP and RFI process and pricing for large accounts.
• Oversee pricing, fund research and mapping for complex prospects.
• Develop finals presentations and provide pricing assumptions for client demos.
• Provide producer support and respond to inquiries on sales or prospecting issues.
• Manage post-sales activities and coordinate with client integration team during transitions.
