Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Sales Executive for the 401(k) Pooled Employer Plan team, based in the Northeast region. You will drive demand, shape go‑to‑market strategies, build a robust prospect pipeline, and collaborate with regional sales leaders to win opportunities.

Responsibilities include achieving annual sales goals, coordinating market strategies, and expanding the client base through existing Aon relationships and new prospects. Expect regular travel and strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or equivalent sales experience in the defined contribution market.
• Established network of contacts in the DC industry.
• Ability to create a personal pipeline of non-Aon clients to pursue in your territory.
• Proven history of developing new products in various markets, and establishing and executing a sales strategy.
• Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a substantial pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual Aon PEP sales goals.
• Establish and coordinate sales strategy and execution across all assigned markets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with existing Aon clients and self-developed pipeline of non-Aon clients.
• Effectively integrate with other Aon sales leaders to leverage opportunities and move leads to opportunities.
• Build and maintain the Aon PEP prospect pipeline and sales reporting.
