Job summary

Aegon is seeking a Manager, Client Engagement - Retirement Operations in the United States. You will lead a team of Client Engagement Associates, partnering with Client Executives to plan and execute retirement plan administration.

Responsibilities include setting team goals, budgeting, coaching, hiring, and maintaining client and partner relationships. Occasional travel may be required; strong ERISA knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience.
• Eight years of financial or retirement industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ERISA and retirement industry trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish team goals and provide direction for timely, quality results.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgets and department roadmap.
• Coach and evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
• Interview, hire and train staff; build relationships with partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and participate in meetings.
