Job summary

Rithum is seeking a PMO & Portfolio Analyst to join our remote-first teams. You will administer intake, maintain the portfolio system of record, and produce reporting for leadership decisions.

You will manage initiative intake, triage packets, build executive-ready KPI analyses, and track dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating when milestones are at risk. A strong command of Excel/Sheets, Jira or Asana, and AI-powered reporting is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program coordination, PMO operations, or business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project tools like Jira or Asana.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate outcomes and improve reporting.

Responsibilities
