Job summary

Rithum is seeking a PMO & Portfolio Analyst to serve at the operational core of the Brands Services program management office. You will administer initiative intake, maintain the portfolio system of record, and produce reporting and analysis for leadership to drive prioritization and resourcing decisions.

You will work to surface risks early, track dependencies, and prepare governance materials that enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program or project coordination or PMO operations.
• Experience building leadership status or performance reporting.
• Hands-on with project/work management tools and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills for portfolio/KPI analysis.
• Experience tracking risks, issues, dependencies across initiatives.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer intake for Brands Services initiatives and track status.
• Prepare triage packets and decision logs for prioritization.
• Develop and improve portfolio reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Produce executive-ready analysis and variance drivers.
• Maintain initiative inventory, owners, milestones, and definition of done.
• Manage dependency register and risk/issue log with escalation.
