Job summary

Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a PMO Analyst to own the operational backbone of the PMO. You will manage intake, governance, and executive reporting, coordinating with delivery managers, engineering leaders, and senior stakeholders to keep IT projects aligned with strategy.

You will administer Jira and Confluence, design workflows, and drive automation and AI‑assisted reporting to improve visibility and efficiency across IT functions.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in PMO operations, project coordination or delivery operations.
• Deep hands‑on Jira and Confluence administration experience.
• Strong process design, governance and documentation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and the SDLC.
• Excellent written communication for executive audiences.
• Experience presenting priorities, trade‑offs and sequencing to senior leadership.
• Experience facilitating recurring forums with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and prioritization as the single front door for IT work.
• Governance: maintain delivery framework, SOPs and templates.
• Produce weekly executive project status reports across the portfolio.
• Run tooling/automation efforts including Jira/Confluence administration.
• Facilitate cross‑team syncs and vendor management with the PMO Director.
