Job summary

Rithum is seeking a PMO & Portfolio Analyst to own intake, portfolio system of record, and governance reporting within Brands Services. You will track dependencies, surface risks, and prepare materials for governance forums, acting as the decisive source of status for active initiatives.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll leverage AI to accelerate decision-making, automate repeatable work, and improve outcomes while maintaining governance and compliance across SaaS and ecommerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program or project coordination, PMO operations, or analyst role.
• Experience building and maintaining leadership reporting.
• Hands-on with a work-management tool (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for portfolio/KPI analysis.
• Experience tracking risks, issues, dependencies across initiatives.
• Experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer intake for Brands Services initiatives; log, classify, route, track status.
• Prepare triage packets and decision logs to ensure traceability.
• Build and maintain portfolio reporting and dashboards; automate steps.
• Produce executive-ready analyses and KPI reporting with clear drivers.
• Maintain initiative inventory, ownership, milestones, and definitions of done.
• Manage dependency and risk/issue logs; escalate before milestones are at risk.
• Run governance cadence: agendas, pre-reads, status packets, decisions & actions.
• Maintain PMO templates; ensure portfolio data is current and accurate.
