Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support PMO and portfolio operations in a remote setting. The role covers governance, scheduling, and reporting for roughly 130 active projects, ensuring data accuracy and PMO alignment.

You will maintain records, dashboards, and artifacts, assist with reviews and leadership updates, and utilize OnePlan along with Microsoft 365 tools to improve visibility and efficiency across multiple project teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting project management, PMO operations, or portfolio administration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with project governance, reporting, or auditing activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for the PMO project portfolio.
• Support portfolio tracking and governance processes across approximately 130 active projects.
• Maintain project records, documentation, schedules, dashboards, and reporting artifacts.
• Ensure project data is accurate, complete, and aligned with PMO standards.
• Assist with portfolio reviews, reporting cycles, and leadership updates.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for PMO leadership.
