Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a senior PMO leader to drive strategic alignment, governance, and delivery across the project portfolio. You will partner with executives to review, prioritize, and approve initiatives, shaping a roadmap that links to the financial plan.

You will standardize delivery, implement governance, and oversee budgets and risk. The role demands deep experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods and the ability to produce executive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Project, Program, or Portfolio Management.
• 2+ years of dedicated experience managing a PMO function or leading a team of PMs.
• Proven success establishing PMO processes, governance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to review, prioritize, and approve new initiatives.
• Establish formal governance structures and tollgate reviews.
• Oversee portfolio budgets and resource demand, resolving conflicts.
• Define a standardized delivery methodology (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Implement PMO tools and dashboards with standard documents.
• Conduct audits and stage-gate reviews to ensure quality.
• Produce executive reports and dashboards tracking KPIs (schedule, budget).
