Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO to lead regional project management efforts, forecast financial performance, and optimize team utilization. The role collaborates with Sales and Operations to ensure successful program execution and continuous PMO improvements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management and 5+ years PMO leadership, with strong communication and change-management skills across functions. This position is based in our US operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years' progressive experience managing Managers and Senior Project Managers in professional services or managed services.
• 10+ years project management experience; 5+ years PMO management experience.
• Strong leadership to develop talent and capabilities and build cross-functional trust.

Responsibilities

• Owns financial forecasting and cost control (P&L) for the region.
• Manages personnel development and builds a motivated team.
• Drives staffing recruitment, interviewing, and forecasting needs.
• Ensures regional utilization targets and proactive risk mitigation.
• Supports PMO initiatives and adopts corporate PMO practices.
• Communicates and enforces PMO standards and metrics across teams.
