Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Manager, PMO - Public Sector to lead PMO initiatives across State, Local & Education accounts in the USA. You will drive PMO governance, methodology, and staffing while partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Account teams.

The role requires 5+ years of PMO management and government sector experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership with forecasting and budgeting skills. Occasional travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5+ years' progressive PMO management experience.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Public Sector customers (Federal Government, SLED).

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern PMO processes, methodologies, and standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Account Teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Forecast project timelines, budgets, and resource needs; manage risks and issues.
• Oversee staffing, performance development, and recruitment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
