Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a PMO Manager for its Public Sector team. This role ensures program execution aligns with PMO methods, drives process improvements, and maintains strong relationships with federal, state, and local customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams and manage complex engagements across time zones. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PMO leadership, deep public sector know-how, and a track record of developing talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• 5+ years PMO management experience.
• 5+ years of Public Sector experience (Federal Government and SLED).
• Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of projects following the PMO methodology.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers and deployment resources for successful engagements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
• Forecast project end dates and manage financial milestones.
• Develop staffing plans, recruit and forecast staffing needs.
• Mentor and build a high-performance team with strong morale.
