Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Sr. Manager, Program Delivery to lead large, complex technology programs. You will drive successful delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance while mentoring PMs and delivery leads across accounts.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, sales, and customers to ensure alignment, value, and governance throughout the lifecycle. The role requires a strong track record in professional services, excellent communication, and leadership capabilities, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years' progressive program management experience in professional services or managed services.
• Experience leading large, complex tech projects for clients across industries and regions.
• Demonstrated external client portfolio management of transformational programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of programs across scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and protect outcomes.
• Build trusted client relationships from executives to technical leads.
• Escalate issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Account Teams for alignment.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and contract terms.
• Manage change orders, invoicing, and budget adjustments.
• Mentor project managers, consultants, and delivery leads.
• Foster collaboration and innovation across teams.
• Support staffing to meet delivery demand.
