Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a high-impact PMO Leader to standardize program management across the organization. You will drive planning, scheduling, earned value management, risk and change management, and program controls to ensure successful execution of programs.

You will define and execute a multi-year PMO maturity roadmap and oversee PMO governance, processes, and dashboards. Collaboration with IPTs, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and executives is essential to align

• Experience leading a PMO or program management office.
• Ability to implement standardized PM processes and templates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the PMO and establishes governance, standards, and best practices for program execution.
• Develops and maintains standardized PM processes, templates, and tools.
• Directs and mentors Program Schedulers and PP&C staff.
• Oversees IMS standards and EVMS practices, ensuring schedules reflect scope and dependencies.
• Creates dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting for program performance.
• Partners with IPTs, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and leadership.
