Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a senior PMO leader to oversee the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and establish a standardized program management framework. You will drive governance, strategic planning, scheduling, and performance reporting to ensure program success across the organization.

You will collaborate with IPTs, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and executive leadership, guiding PMO maturation, IMS/EVMS practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience implementing or leading enterprise PMO processes and governance.
• Strong expertise in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and EVMS.
• Experience with portfolio management, program governance, and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of DFARS requirements and government contracting practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO governance and standards across the organization.
• Develop standardized program management processes and tools.
• Direct Program Scheduling and PP&C teams; provide leadership and development.
• Establish IMS standards and ensure schedules reflect scope and critical path.
• Oversee EVM implementation and EVMS practices; forecast and analyze performance.
• Produce dashboards and executive reports; support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations.
• Mentor CAMs and PMO staff; drive continuous improvement.
