Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking a strategic PMO leader to drive the enterprise program management framework and multi-year maturity roadmap.

You will oversee scheduling, program planning & control, and governance across IPTs, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and leadership to ensure compliant and efficient program execution. You will mentor CAMs and PMO staff, develop dashboards and KPIs, and align program outcomes with business objectives while partnering with Finance and

Qualifications

• 10 years aerospace/defense program management experience with 5 years in leadership.
• Experience implementing enterprise PMO processes and governance.
• Advanced knowledge of IMS and EVMS; EVMS certification preferred.
• PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the PMO and establishes governance, standards, and best practices.
• Develops and improves standardized program management processes and tools.
• Directs Program Scheduling and PP&C teams and provides leadership.
• Maintains IMS standards and ensures accurate schedules reflect scope and milestones.
• Monitors portfolio performance and drives continuous improvement.
