Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a capable Program Manager to support program execution, coordination, and performance reporting. You will help ensure cost, schedule, technical, and contractual objectives are achieved, working across IPTs and functional teams.

The role emphasizes planning, visibility tools, vendor oversight, and onboarding new team members to speed up integration and deliverables. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents; strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MS Office and Excel; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Participates in program planning and documentation.
• Develops and maintains status/visibility tools; provides analysis and recommendations.
• Oversees vendor activities and communications; coordinates program reviews and meetings.
• Organizes communications between customer and GTI personnel; onboarding of new team members.
