Greenpoint Technologies seeks a high-impact PMO Leader to standardize program management across the organization. You will drive planning, scheduling, earned value management, risk and change management, and program controls to ensure successful execution of programs.

Leads the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and establishes a standardized program management framework across the organization. Provides strategic leadership for program planning, scheduling, and performance reporting, earned value management, risk and opportunity management, change management, and program controls to ensure a successful execution of programs.
Defines and executes a multi-year PMO maturity roadmap and maintains enterprise program management processes, tools, and governance while overseeing the Program Scheduling and Program Planning & Control (PP&C) teams. Working closely with Program Managers, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and executive leadership, ensuring programs are executed consistently, efficiently, and in compliance with customer and contractual requirements.
