Job summary

JLL in Atlanta, GA is seeking a PMO - Occupancy Planning & Projects leader to manage the full project cycle for a confidential enterprise client. This high-visibility onsite role directs Occupancy Planning, Project Delivery Services and Relocation Project Management against a single project plan, serving as the client’s strategic advisor to CRE leadership.

You will build a team of occupancy planners, oversee CAD and space data standards, and coordinate with PDS and RPM to deliver on-time,

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of occupancy planning / PMO experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Hands-on CAD and space planning tools with data-heavy analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead occupancy planning, project delivery, and relocation across full project cycle.
• Direct PMO teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Advise clients and senior CRE stakeholders with strategic guidance.
• Develop relationships with business unit leaders and administrative liaisons.
