Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to support Retail Construction Projects for a financial services client. This remote-friendly role requires travel to project sites and occasional in-person collaboration with the Retail Construction Projects Team.

You will lead project delivery from initiation through close, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets while driving continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of PM experience in real estate or construction, with strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication across the lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve top performance.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, track progress, and identify risks.
• Manage project budgets and provide accurate cost forecasts.
• Implement robust quality controls to meet standards and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives.
