Job summary

JLL in Atlanta is seeking a hands-on PMO Leader for Occupancy Planning & Projects to oversee the full project cycle from design through move. You will direct OPM, PDS, and RPM, act as the client’s strategic advisor, and collaborate with CRE leadership and business units to deliver space solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications

7–10 years of occupancy planning / PMO experience.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related field; MBA a plus.
Hands-on proficiency with CAD and space planning tools; comfortable with data-heavy analysis.

Responsibilities

Serve as onsite primary contact and strategic advisor across the full project cycle – occupancy planning, project delivery, and relocation.
Build and manage relationships with business unit leaders; translate needs into space, occupancy, and move solutions.
Direct PMO components across OPM, PDS, and RPM to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Track status, dependencies, and risks; deliver executive-ready reports and insights.
